How to Get Your Pickleball Plate
To get your Pickleball license plate, visit the Washington Department of Licensing’s State Sport: Pickleball License Plate page. You’ll find a step-by-step guide, pricing details, and how to complete your order. Two plate options are currently available.

"Personalized" Specialty License Plate
Pickleball background with your choice of 7 characters, no “PB” prefix. (e.g. KITCHEN)​

Seattle Metro Pickleball Association is a non-profit dedicated to supporting pickleball for all. Our mission is to build a thriving and welcoming pickleball community, expanding public access for generations to come.
Terms & Disclosure
Under the terms of the enacting legislation SB5444, SMPA is the sponsoring organization responsible for the management of the Pickleball State Sport License Plate program.

Funds from the Department of Licensing’s sale of Pickleball Specialty Plates will be used solely for construction and maintainance of dedicated pickleball courts across Washington State. More details on fund usage can be found here.
While SMPA is responsible for marketing, communication, and fund management, the organization does not receive any license plate proceeds.
